  • FAX form makes order placements fast and efficient.
  • Additionally, we have a sophisticated electronic order system that can create a AIT formulation and prescription from your diagnostic data, send directly to the pharmacy and track and validate the receipt of your orders as well as the progress of delivery to your clinic.
  • Orders acknowledged shortly after receipt and arrives at your office generally within the same week.

Are There Any Special Storage Conditions?

  • Although the extracts and treatment sets we produce are very stable, it is recommended that they be stored in a refrigerator.

 

How Soon Can I Expect Delivery After Submitting The Prescription?

  • Usually within one week of ordering, sometimes only a day or two, depending on what day of the week they are ordered in. We overnight shipments so the receiving clinic needs to be open / available the day of receipt. (Typically we don’t ship on Fridays for this reason).

 

What Is The Average Expiration Date For A Treatment Set?

  • The expiration date is typically (12 months) one year.

 

What Is The Maximum Number Of Allergens That Can Be Mixed Into One Treatment Set?

  • The maximum recommended number of allergens in the maintenance dose vial for a treatment set is 12 allergens per vial. Exceeding this amount will typically compromise the therapeutic concentration and consequently the effectiveness of the treatment. It is not uncommon for very allergic patients to have two treatment or more sets.

 

What Is The Dosage Schedule?

  • While the experienced physician will specify the dosage schedule. We have a suggested dosage schedule in our package insert which outlines a typical injection schedule and can provide advice for other custom dosage schedules.
